CCR was pleased to work with Devon Energy, a leading oil and natural gas producer in the U.S., on this collaboration to treat produced water in New Mexico. Highlights from the pilot include:
29 days of 24/7 stable operations
97% uptime
Treated raw produced water and clean brine (100,000 - 130,000 ppm TDS)
Over 50% recovery of freshwater ready for beneficial reuse
Achieved stable brine concentrate of 280,000+ ppm TDS
Performance unaffected by variable heat and feed quality fluctuations
This pilot has been instrumental in advancing our shared goals of water conservation, beneficial reuse of water and sustainable water management by delivering a distillate water quality that is suitable for use in a variety of potential applications from industrial usage to surface discharge.
